3PD Pty Limited is an independent, third party distribution manager. It’s aim is to represent boutique fund managers that are not represented in the Australian and New Zealand markets. The company was founded in 2020 by Robert Harrison and Steven Larkin, who have a combined distribution experience of 60 years. Deep access into and knowledgeable of the Australian and NZ  Institutional and Wholesale markets.

Sectors of the market currently covered by, (or potentially may include) Global Equities (SRI, ESG, Gender based), Multi Asset, Australian Fixed Income, Distressed Debt. We are currently in negotiations with a number of managers but our aim is to partner with just a small number.     (ii) for those purposes, invests funds received (directly or indirectly) following an offer or invitation to the public, within the meaning of section 82 of the Corporations Act, the terms of which provided for the funds subscribed to be invested for those purposes; and
    i) a person that is a foreign entity that, if established or incorporated in Australia, would be covered by one of the preceding paragraphs.
